Does Advantage Self Storage have access to
my unit?
No. You have the only key.
Do I share a storage space with anyone else?
No. Each unit has individual access.
What size space will I need?

Can I share my unit?
Yes by personal arrangements only. Extra entry proximity
cards can be purchased.
Can I change my storage space if I increase or decrease
my storage needs?
Yes. Subject to availability.
Can I drive to the door of my unit?
Yes. All external units have driveway access. Some
units have both external and internal access.
Access and Security.
During what hours can I access my goods?
24/7 (24 hours, 7 days per week)
Are there any limitations on access?
No. You can come and go as often as you please.
Do I need my own padlock?
Yes it is advisable. We have them available individually
keyed and shrink wrapped for your security.

What are the office hours?
- Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
- Saturday – 8.00am – 2.00pm
- Other times – By arrangement, please contact
us.
Is Advantage Self Storage open on Sundays & Public
Holidays?
Access to storage units only. Office by arrangement.
What sort of security does Advantage
Self Storage provide?
We have the latest state of the art security including: Individually
alarmed units with back to base monitoring. Electronically
controlled access gates. Arm and disarm facilities on entry
and exit. 24 hour CCTV monitoring using an 8 channel digital
video recording system. Night flood lighting.

How much does it cost to store my things with you?
Please contact our office
for the latest prices and availability.
Do I pay weekly or monthly?
Initially monthly in advance then on a week to week
basis if extensions are required.
What are my payment options?
You can pay in person, post or phone.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer the following discounts:
- 5% discount for seniors.
- 5% discount for quarterly payments in advance.
- 10% discount for yearly payments in advance.
Can I receive my storage account from Advantage Self
Storage by email?
Yes.
What is the minimum and maximum time I can store
with you?
From one calendar month to as long as you require.
Bookings, Moving In and
Moving Out.
Do I have to book in advance?
It is advisable to make sure you obtain the size unit
you require.
Do I have to sign a lease?
No. Only a standard Australian Self Storage
Association agreement.
Can I move in today?
Yes. Subject to availability.

Do you guarantee the unit I have
pre-booked?
Every effort will be made to keep the unit for you,
however if the current tenant wishes to extend we will find
you another unit or two units equivalent in size at the same
cost as quoted.
How do I move my goods into storage?
You may use one of our recommended removalists.

Or borrow our free-on-loan trailer and move your goods
yourself.
How much notice do I need to give when I want to
take my goods out of storage?
Generally two weeks.
Does Advantage Self Storage provide packaging material?
Yes. We have 1 & 2 ply removalists boxes, port-a-robes,
book boxes, wine cartons, picture packs, etc.

Can I purchase packing materials
from Advantage Self Storage?
Yes. We have a large range of packing materials such
as bubble wrap, paper, tape, mattress protectors, etc.

Does Advantage Self Storage have a forklift on site?
Yes. Only to licensed operators or arrangements can
be made for our licensed operator, at a very competitive rate.
What services do you offer to businesses?

Do you provide shelving?
We can arrange with Allrack Storage Systems at Rutherford
to access your needs and supply deliver and install shelving
for you.
Do you have trolleys available?
Yes (free-on-loan). Subject to availability. Bookings
recommended.
